I am Paige, and I love to dig into customer problems and identify and introduce frameworks with appropriate application and timing to help my teams create progress and build momentum. I don't wait to be told what to do, I am a doer, always returning to meetings with fresh experiences to react to. I exhibit a strong growth mindset and always ask challenging questions and keep an open mind for learning new ways of thinking and honing my craft.

Being a Product Designer allows me to use all of my various design and customer research skills to produce interactive designs that are not only visually pleasing, but also research driven to adhere to user’s specific needs and values. I also introduce fresh perspectives and new techniques that allow businesses to evolve and grow.

At my current position at Microsoft, I have experience contributing to numerous areas when needed, while juggling multiple PM work-streams. I also have stepped up to lead initiatives that have helped unblock teams to deliver work ahead of schedule.

I am dedicated to making all the products I work on more accessible and inspire my design peers to prioritize accessibility in their deliverables as well.

Outside of my professions, I enjoy being out in nature and exploring the vast green hills and mountains that remind of the landscapes in LOTR. A fun fact about me is that I am a metal drummer that enjoys playing extreme music.
